🔁 Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Petvique, operated by Petvique LLC.


📦 Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Not damaged, worn, or used by pets
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Products showing signs of pet use
  • Items returned without approval

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.


🔄 Customer-Initiated Returns

If you request a return for personal reasons (e.g. you changed your mind), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must only be returned after your request has been reviewed and approved.


💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellations, address changes, or product modifications may no longer be possible.


📌 Additional Notes

Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations. These do not qualify as defects.
